Privilege terms and conditions

1. When you click to claim the privilege, the company will send you an e-code to be used under the terms and conditions specified by the service provider, and it is assumed that you have fully obtained the privilege from the company.

2. Customers can keep the coupons for up to 7 days from the date of redemption date. Beyond this period, the coupons will expire and cannot be used anymore.

3. Call 1719 at least two days in advance to schedule an appointment.

4. The package is available for the pateint who is 15 years of age or above

5. Please refrain from consuming except plain water for at least 8 hours prior to check-up

7. You will be personally liable to the service provider for any expenses other than the privilege offered by the company.

8. This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash, and it cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional items.

10. We reserve the right to use gift vouchers or special privileges only for customers whose policies are still in force at the time the service is accessed.
