PRULegacy is an exclusive privilege for our members to experience seamless services that meet your needs, from tailored financial planning and wealth management solutions by a dedicated team of professionals to exclusive medical and healthcare services from exclusive partners.

How to become a PRULegacy member

Prudential customers will be upgraded to PRULegacy member as soon as you have Life and Health Insurance Policy (bought directly through any sales channels except Pulse application) that is still in force, with a combination of annualized minimum premium of THB 1,000,000 in total.

What are eligibility criteria for insurance premiums to become PRULegacy member?

To be PRULegacy member, the eligibility criteria for insurance premiums will be insurance premium of base policy, insurance premium of rider for Ordinary Life Insurance, and/or Unit Linked which you have purchased through any sales channels of Prudential Life Insurance (except Pulse application), excluding Top-up premium and unpaid premium of any insurance policy within such year.

What are exclusive privileges for PRULegacy members? And where can I check my special privilege offers?

As PRULegacy member, you will receive services and privileges as follows: 

  1. Personal financial and investment advisors supported by our team of leading wealth management experts

  2. Privilege treats specially curated for PRULegacy member throughout the year

  3. Exclusive health services i.e., telemedicine, a medical second opinion and online policy management 

  4. A wide range of lifestyle privilege benefits, which specially handpicked with you in mind, span from restaurant, travel, family activities, health check-up package, to beauty clinic and many more

If I would like to get PRULegacy status, where can I buy Prudential products from?

You can buy every Prudential Life and Health Insurance Products through insurance agent, online or bank partners (except through Pulse application) with annualized minimum premium of THB 1,000,000. 

You are entitled to be PRULegacy member once you receive SMS notification of your member status after 45 days of Issue Date of your latest policy, and a free look period of the latest policy ends.

As a PRULegacy member, when will I receive my special privilege?

You will receive special benefits once you become PRULegacy member. 

As a PRULegacy member, what special privileges will I receive during each membership year?

PRULegacy members will receive all privileged benefits and services. However, if you become PRULegacy member after your birthday, you will receive your birthday gift the following year within the same membership year.

As a PRULegacy member, when will I receive my birthday treat?

PRULegacy members will receive SMS with notification of your Members Birthday Treat every 3rd day of your birthday month i.e., if your birthday is August 30th, you will receive SMS on August 3rd 

As a PRULegacy member, when will I receive my new year privilege?

PRULegacy members will receive new year privilege on December 30th of the current year.  

Prudential Life Insurance reserves the right to reset PRULegacy member status qualification of the previous calendar year, to reset new year privilege for the next new year.   

What is PRUTelemed? How can PRULegacy member get PRUTelemed service?

PRUTelemed is the remote diagnosis and treatment of patients via MorDee Application. So, our PRULegacy member can access medical care easier and greater convenience without having to travel, no longer have to wait in hospital waiting room and keep you safe through social distancing. And for our PRULegacy member, you can receive PRUTelemed service 1 time per calendar year without charge (For online physical health consultation with a doctor only, excluding medication or other expenses). 

What is Medical Second Opinion (MSO)? How can PRULegacy member get a Medical Second Opinion (MSO) service?

Medical Second Opinion (MSO) is Medical Second Opinion Service from Specialists. With MSO, you will get quick and easy access to leading medical specialists without having to travel, to help you find the best medical care possible when you are diagnosed with a serious illness. And for our PRULegacy member, you can receive MSO service without charge.

How to maintain PRULegacy membership status?

You need to continue to maintain a minimum annual premium of THB 1,000,000 through your membership.
