How to Qualify for PRULegacy member
Prudential Life Insurance customers can upgrade to PRULegacy by meeting the following criteria:
Hold life and health insurance policies purchased through any sales channel (excluding the Pulse application).
Have a combined annual premium for life insurance policies and active riders of at least 1,000,000 THB.
Example of Calculating the 1,000,000 THB Premium: Customers who meet the criteria will receive an SMS notification of their eligibility for member status once their latest policy has passed 45 days from the issued date and the free look period has expired.
Example of PRULegacy member eligibility Consideration:
Customers will be notified via SMS once they qualify.
The eligibility is based on the combined annual premium of all active policies and riders.

What are the criteria for calculating premiums to qualify for PRULegacy member?
For PRULegacy member, the calculation includes base premiums and rider premiums for standard life insurance policies and investment-linked insurance policies purchased through any sales channel, except the Pulse application. Top-up premiums and premiums for policies that are not paid in the current year are excluded.

How to Qualify for PRULegacy Member
Customers can qualify for PRULegacy member by purchasing life and health insurance products from Prudential through various channels, including: Insurance Agents, Online Platforms, Banks
Qualification Criteria:

Customers must have a combined annual premium of at least 1,000,000 THB. Customers will receive an SMS notification confirming their eligibility for member status. The latest policy must be active for 45 days from the issuance date and beyond the free look period.
When Do Customers Receive PRULegacy Benefits?
Customers will receive PRULegacy benefits as soon as they consent to join the PRULegacy member.
If customers join the program mid-year, they will receive all benefits. However, if they join after their birthday has passed, they will receive the birthday gift the following year, provided they maintain their PRULegacy member status.
PRULegacy Birthday Benefits
PRULegacy member receive their birthday benefits on the 3rd of their birth month via SMS. For example, if a member's birthday is on August 20th, they will receive an SMS on August 3rd of that year.
PRULegacy New Year Benefits
Member receive their New Year benefits on December 30th of each year. Prudential Life Insurance reserves the right to finalize the PRULegacy status of the previous calendar year to grant New Year benefits for the following year.
Maintaining PRULegacy Member Status
Member must maintain an annual premium payment of at least 1,000,000 THB throughout their member status period.
