How can I redeem health privileges at the hospital or clinic?

1. Add us on our LINE official account @PrudentialThailand

2. Click on “PRUConnect” and log in.

3. Enter your 13-digit identification card number or your passport number.

4. Agree to the terms and conditions of PRUConnect usage.

5. Enter your mobile number for receiving your password. Click “Next.”

6. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number and proceed.

7. Enter your email address.

8. Once registered, you will see PRUConnect page. Click “My Policies.”

9. You will see your existing policies. Select by clicking on any policy.

10. You will see your PRUCare Card and policy details.

11. When you would like to claim your privilege with our hospital or clinic partners, simply show the PRUCare Card to the staff at the hospital or clinic on the day that you receive the service.

Terms and Conditions

• Make an appointment in advance by at least 3 days prior to the date of receiving the service by contacting 1719.

• The promotional price is valid until 31 December 2022.

• The service is available until 31 December 2022.

• Show proof of being a Prudential customer by showing your PRUCare Card to a staff at the hospital or clinic.

• Please make payment directly to hospital on the date of receiving the service.
