Prudential Thailand offers exclusive medical teleconsultation promotion for AIS and AIS Fibre customers

Bangkok, Thailand, 3 September 2021 – Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited (Prudential Thailand) together with Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS), a leading Thai communications service provider, have teamed up to launch an exclusive medical teleconsultation service for AIS and AIS Fibre customers.

AIS and AIS Fibre customers can enjoy teleconsultation services at a special promotional rate, available on the Pulse by Prudential app, at only 199 THB (discounted from 375 THB) available from now until 15 October 2021. Pulse is an all-in-one digital health app and the first-of-its-kind to offer holistic health management in consumers in Asia.

This teleconsultation service is provided by Thai-licensed doctors who have extensive clinical experience at leading hospitals and are selected based on stringent standards. They have been specially trained and certified to provide online consultations and are able to diagnose ordinary ailments such as the common cold and flu, sinusitis respiratory tract infections, and possible COVID-19 exposure or infection in a virtual appointment setting.

Our digital healthcare solution is another tool for safeguarding the health and safety of Thai people during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have been working closely with AIS to offer their customers support during this pandemic including a market-first free COVID-19 insurance of up to THB 250,000 coverage, followed by additional free COVID-19 coverage of up to THB 550,000 to 1 million AIS customers.”
