Prudential Thailand hosts the 'Prudential Hospital Award 2024'
Prudential Thailand has presented the prestigious "Prudential Hospital Award 2024" to top partner hospitals, reinforcing strong partnerships in leading customer service excellence and continuously elevating service standards for customers.
Mr. Bundit Jiamanukoonkit, Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or Prudential Thailand, stated, "This is the first time that Prudential Thailand has organized the 'Prudential Hospital Award 2024'. This award aims to be a token of appreciation for medical personnel and partner hospitals who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. It is a step towards continuously improving service efficiency and reinforcing the good relationship between Prudential and its partner hospitals."
The "Prudential Hospital Award 2024" ceremony recognizes Prudential Thailand's partner hospitals that provide medical services to its customers. Over 320 network hospitals nationwide have participated in the ranking project during the service period from March 15 to November 30, 2024. The ranking and awards are divided into three categories, totaling nine awards as follows:
