Prudential Thailand supports customers with special relief assistance measures amid COVID-19 outbreak

BANGKOK, THAILAND, 10 March 2020 – In line with its commitment to protecting the well-being of its customers, Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“Prudential Thailand”) is offering additional relief assistance measures to help policyholders cushion the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak as follows:

  1. Extending the grace period of policy premium payment for another 60 days after the deadline of the grace period which lies between 1 January and 30 June 2021.
  2. Waiver of interest for policyholders who request policy renewal/ reinstatement within six months in the event that a policy lapses between 1 January and 30 June 2021.
