To: All Shareholders of Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited
Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“the Company”) will hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 43 for the year 2021 on Friday, 23rd April 2021 at 14.00 hrs. at the Company’s Head Office on 24th Floor, @Sathorn Building, 9/ 9 South Sathorn Road, Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok, Thailand.
As the situation of the spread of COVID-19 in Thailand has become more severe, the Company has established additional measures from the notification of the meeting by limiting the number of attendees in the abovementioned room to a maximum of 30 seats to prevent the spread of such diseases. The seats will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Shareholders who arrive after the available seats are full can submit the ballot which will be provided at the registration desk to maintain their voting rights.
