• As Eastspring Global Diversified Multi Asset Index calculated using base currency in US Dollar and its performance will be converted into Thai Baht using the foreign exchange rate based on index level from the initial and the last valuation date as reported on Reuters Screen Page “THBFIX” at about 3:30 p.m. (Bangkok time).

• The date when the policy is issued is the date your insurance application is approved by underwriting.

• Index level on the initial valuation date is the level of the index on the investment start date (calculated within 45 days from the policy issue date).

• The exchange rate on the initial valuation date is the exchange rate on the investment start date (calculated within 45 days from the policy issue date).

• The company has a policy to invest in the underlying index within 45 days from the policy issue date. And the index value will be calculated on the final evaluation date within 45 days before the maturity date.

• If final index valuation date falls on a fund weekend or a fund holiday, the valuation will be made on the next business day.

• Because the index invests in US dollar, therefore, dividends of Eastspring Global Diversified Multi Asset Index are subject to foreign exchange risk and any risks from exchange rate fluctuation between Thai Baht and US Dollar. However, the policyholder will still receive fully guaranteed benefits on maturity since the benefits under conditions are not related to the exchange rate risk.

• In the event that the underlying index calculator of Eastspring Global Diversified Multi Asset Index cancels the index calculation during the contract, the company reserves the right to substitute the current index with a new underlying index as appropriate. If the company cannot search for the substitute index, payment will be made to you in cash as soon as possible.

• The company undertakes the risk under an insurance policy and has obligations to fulfill the promises specified in your contract.
