Prudential Thailand supports employees with health and wellbeing initiatives, and conducive learning environment

Employees also go through upskilling programmes to thrive in an agile way of working. 'PRUAgile' transforms and revolutionizes the work experience to nurture a more agile and customer-centric mindset

Bangkok, Thailand, 14 October 2021 – Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited (Prudential Thailand) is committed to nurturing a work environment and culture that focuses on the health and wellbeing of every employee. The insurer supports its employees with physical and mental health initiatives to help them stay safe and healthy during these challenging times. Additionally, it offers a safe, inclusive and family-friendly work environment that encourages employees to volunteer and give back to Thai society.

The key support activities arranged by Prudential Thailand during the pandemic include physical wellbeing, mental health, flexible work arrangement and financial wellbeing.

1. Physical wellbeing: wellness leave for post COVID-19 vaccination, influenza vaccines, COVID-19 insurance for employees, personal protection equipment, Antigen Test Kit, medical teleconsultation service (available via the Pulse by Prudential app), virtual online fitness sessions such as Pilates, HIIT and dance classes.

2. Mental wellbeing: weekly social connection events e.g. virtual concert, chit-chat sessions, art therapy workshops. The company also provides 24/7 consultation program or Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that offers a direct line to a licensed psychologist.

3. Flexible work arrangement including WFH (work from home) policy and monthly WFH allowance

4. Financial wellbeing such as staff investment program, share schemes and retirement savings

 

Prudential Thailand has also transformed itself with new ways of working under the 'PRUAgile' approach by helping employees to perform at their best based on an agile customer-centric mindset.
