Prudential Thailand wins two prestigious awards at the Insurance Asia Awards 2025,

underscoring its commitment to technology and customer-centric care

The Digital Transformation Initiative of the Year award recognizes the success of PRUServices, a centralized digital platform that seamlessly integrates all customer service channels. The platform enhances customer experience through features such as integration with LINE (Thailand’s most popular messaging app), automation, and the use of AI and OCR technologies to improve data accuracy and service efficiency.

 

The Wealth Initiative of the Year award was granted for the “PRULegacy: Your Mark Lives On” program, which empowers high-net-worth (HNW) clients to pass on not just wealth, but also life values and personal legacies. The initiative promotes meaningful intergenerational wealth transfer and raises awareness in Thai society about the importance of sustainable wealth planning.
