How long does it take to change contact information?

Approximately 2-3 business days.

How can I check if the contact information has been changed?

You can go to the "My Policies" menu and select the policy you want to check; then, check the contact information in the policy details section.

Can I edit the information again after I have submitted my change request?

You can edit the information after the first request has been updated in the system. However, if you need to make changes immediately while the first transaction is in process, please contact our Live Chat agent via LINE Official Account or our Customer Service Center at 1621.

Can I change my contact information in case of Absolute Assignment?
