Prudential Thailand organizes Children’s Day event

to promote continued financial literacy learning through Cha-Ching

Prudential Thailand, in partnership with UNICEF Thailand and Thailand Knowledge Park (TK Park), hosted a special event on Children’s Day for young Thai learners. The primary objective of this event is to promote financial literacy among Thai children(1) utilizing the beloved cartoon characters known as “Cha-Ching”. This is consistent with the study carried out between January 9th and 11th, 2024, which highlighted that financial literacy is a critical knowledge area for Thai kids.

Cha-Ching Financial Literacy for Kids is designed to equip Thai children with essential financial skills through four key basic money management concepts: EARN, SAVE, SPEND, and DONATE. These concepts aim to empower young minds with practical knowledge about managing money effectively.

At the Prudential Thailand booth during the event, attendees can also engage in an exciting activity to get the KUNG – KING cartoon storybook, proudly presented by Prudential Thailand in collaboration with UNICEF Thailand. This engaging storybook contributes to early child development and provides valuable techniques and recommendations for nurturing children within the Nurturing Care Framework.
