How to get the privilege

  • Click Claim and Press OK to confirm the privilege by showing the coupon and using the coupon to confirm the privilege before receiving the service.

  • Please make a reservation in advance.

  • Please click to claim the privilege at the clinic.

Conditions

  • Once the privilege is redeemed, the company will send an e-code to use the privilege. Under the conditions specified by the Service Provider, you shall be deemed to have received the right from the Company in full.

  • For the convenience of accessing the service, please contact the service provider to make an appointment at least 1 day in advance by calling 099 553 9445.

  • The clinic provides a change of clothes during the service.

  • In case the patient has an X-Ray plate from the hospital, it can be brought or scanned and sent through the clinic's official line for treatment. 

  • Service fees other than the privileges provided by the Company You are personally responsible to the Service Provider. 

  • This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions. 

  • Privilege period is from 1 Dec 24 - 29 Dec 25 

  • The Company reserves the right to use vouchers or privileges only for customers whose policies are still valid on the date of access.

  • The terms and conditions for the voucher or discount are subject to the conditions specified by the service provider. 

  • The terms and conditions are as specified by the company and the company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions by publicizing it in advance.
