If I submit my claim late, will it affect my benefits
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Submissions after this period may be rejected or may require additional supporting documents.
Why was my claim not approved?
A claim may be rejected due to incomplete documents, unmet policy conditions, policy exclusions, or late submission.
Can I submit a claim without the original policy document?
Yes. You may submit a claim without the original policy document in certain cases, provided complete policyholder details and valid identification are submitted.
Can a beneficiary who is not a family member submit a claim?
Yes. A beneficiary does not need to be a family member, provided they are properly designated in the policy.
Can I make multiple claims?
Multiple claims are permitted as long as the policy is active and each claim meets the eligibility criteria, within the specified benefit limits
