Terms and Conditions​

1. When you click to claim the privilege, the company will send you an e-code to be used under the terms and conditions specified by the service provider, and it is assumed that you have fully obtained the privilege fromthe company.​

2. If you claim the entitlement but do not use it, under any circumstances, we reserve the right not to provide compensation in any case.​

3. This offer is only valid from 1 May – 31 Oct’26.​

4. We reserve the right to use gift vouchers or special privileges only for customers whose policies are still in force at the time the service is accessed.​

5. This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash, and it cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional items.​

Note​

1. The terms and conditions for using the e-coupon and special discounts are as specified by the service provider.​

2. Promotional codes may be applied to receive a discount when purchasing water park tickets via the website.​

3. Children under 15 years old must be accompanied at all times by a parent or responsible adult.​

4. Ramayana Water Park reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason including the attraction reaching full capacity. If the Park is temporarily closed due to inclement weather or for other unexpected reasons(force majeure) we will transfer your booking to a preferred alternative date subject to availability and under Ramayana Water Park’s standard conditions.​

5. If a customer purchases an incorrect ticket by height, RWP can ask the agency to compensate for the height difference between the purchased ticket and customers actual height. The height of each guest will bemeasured at our front office.​

6. Some slides have a safety maximum weight limit per 1 person - 135 kg. Therefore, if your weight is more than 135 kg you can enter the water park for free but can use only pools, you can't use water slides.​

7. Seniors can enter the water park for free, and enjoy only pools. If Seniors would like to use water slides, they will need to purchase a ticket for seniors with access for slides.​

8. The terms and conditions for privilege redemption are as specified by the company, and the company reserves the right to change them with prior notice.​

9. If you have any questions or concerns about receiving special benefits, please call the Customer Service Center at 1621 (Mon - Fri 8.30AM - 7PM and Sat 8.30AM - 4PM)​

10. The company is only an advisor and coordinator with the service provider for the benefit of PRULegacy members. The company has no interest in or involvement in the service provider's services.​
