How to Redeem​

  • Click “Redeem” and confirm the privilege redemption.​

  • Copy the e-Code received after successful redemption.​

  • Contact the service provider to make an appointment at least 3 days in advance.​

  • Present the coupon and e-Code before receiving the service.​

Terms and Conditions​

  • Upon successful redemption, the Company will issue an e-Code for privilege redemption in accordance with the service provider’s terms and conditions. The privilege will be deemed fully granted once the e-Code has been issued.​

  • Service can be redeemed or claimed until 31 Dec'26 only. Any unused benefits after this date will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed retrospectively.​

  • Please make an appointment at least 3 days in advance by contacting the Health Screening Center, Bumrungrad International Hospital at 02-011-4890-91 (daily, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM).​

  • Please refrain from eating or drinking for at least 8–12 hours prior to the health check-up.​

  • Please attend your appointment at the Health Screening Center, 11th Floor, Bumrungrad International Hospital.​

  • Any expenses incurred beyond the specified privilege shall be borne solely by the customer.​

  • This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, or used in conjunction with other promotions.​

  • Limited to 1 privilege per eligible customer per year and may be redeemed once during the campaign period.​

  • This offer is only valid from 1 Nov - 31 Dec'26.​​

  • We reserve the right to use gift vouchers or special privileges only for customers whose policies are still in force at the time the service is accessed.​​
