Privilege terms and conditions​ ​

1. Complimentary personal Pilates class 1 time (limit 20 participants/month) and get an additional class when enrollment.​

2. Once redeemed, the company will send e-voucher to clients under terms and conditions and shall be deemed successful.​

3. Customers can keep the coupon for 90 days from the date of redemption. After this period, the coupon will expire and cannot be used.​

4. Any additional cost other than the company’s privilege shall be clients’ responsibility. ​

5. This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions. ​

6. Promotion period valid from 10 Aug – 31 Dec'26​​

7. The company reserves the right to accept voucher or privilege for clients that have valid insurance policy at the date only.​

1. Please reserve your class in advance via LINE Official Account @kaewpilates before using the service. After redemption, please inform the reservation staff in advance when booking.​

4. The discount privilege cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.​

5. Screenshots are not accepted for redemption. Customers must present the benefit directly from the coupon page within the app used to claim the privilege, and show it to staff atthe store for verification only.​
