Ms. Sudawan Ariyasap, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Ms. Pasalaree Theerasas, Chief Technology and Operations Officer and Chief Health Officer of Prudential Thailand, together with company employees, recently hosted the annual Pride Month celebration to foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. The event aimed to inspire meaningful conversations, encourage mutual learning, and create an environment where every voice matters, everyone has equal opportunities, and individuals can live and work with pride and authenticity. On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Akara Metasuk from the Faculty of Learning Sciences and Education, Thammasat University, was invited to share insights on the LGBTQ+ community and the importance of inclusive workplaces. The program also featured a panel discussion where employee representatives shared their personal experiences and perspectives, reflecting Prudential Thailand’s commitment to cultivating a workplace where diversity is valued, differences are respected, and everyone feels empowered to be their true selves. The event was held at Prudential Thailand Headquarters, 30th Floor, Mitrtown Office Tower.
