Ms. Nichapat Na Thalang, Head of Sustainability, Prudential Thailand, represented the company in receiving the “Health Equity and Inclusion Award – Thailand” at the international ESGBusiness Awards 2026 for the “Give the Future: Sustainable Giving Is Giving That Can Be Passed On” initiative. The initiative aims to expand access to insurance protection for frontline workers of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and public hospitals, many of whom may have limited access to adequate insurance coverage. Prudential Thailand believes that accident insurance protection not only provides a financial safety net but also delivers peace of mind and greater security to those who dedicate themselves to serving Thai society. The award was presented at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore.
Over the past four years, the “Give the Future” initiative has provided insurance protection to more than 200,000 people. This year, the initiative continues its commitment by providing accident insurance coverage to 80,000 Bangkok Metropolitan Administration outdoor staff and public hospital workers, with a total sum insured of THB 8 billion. This reflects Prudential Thailand’s commitment to leveraging the strength of the life insurance business to help provide greater protection and security for people who play an important role in society. The recognition further underscores the power of “Sustainable Giving Is Giving That Can Be Passed On,” made possible through the collective efforts of all stakeholders, including government agencies, frontline workers, customers, business partners, and Prudential Thailand employees, who come together to transform care and concern into meaningful protection, helping build greater security and a better future for people and communities.
