Prof. Dr. Polakit Teekakirikul, Chief Executive Officer of VitalLife Scientific Wellness Center and Esperance, as well as Chief Science Officer of Bumrungrad International Hospital. The occasion marked their collaboration in hosting a health workshop titled “Stay Healthy, Stay Sharp with Tips and Tricks of How to Exercise Your Brain”. The event aimed to provide members of the media with insights into brain health care and balanced living in today’s fast-paced world, as part of the ongoing “Peace of Mind” campaign, through which Prudential Thailand is committed to delivering comprehensive health confidence to people across Thailand.

    The workshop also featured Dr. Anurak Kamthong, a neurologist from Bumrungrad International Hospital and VitalLife Wellness Center, who shared expert insights on effective brain health care. He introduced practical techniques to stimulate brain function in daily life through hands-on activities that participants could readily apply. These included memory enhancement exercises, concentration-building practices, and strategies to reduce long-term risks of cognitive decline. Attendees also engaged in interactive sessions designed to foster experiential learning, such as brain-training games, memory tests, and various mindfulness activities. The event was recently held at The House on Sathorn, W Bangkok.
