Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited (Prudential Thailand) today announced a strategic realignment of its senior leadership team to strengthen the company's customer, marketing and product capabilities, further accelerating sustainable growth and reinforcing its commitment to delivering greater value to customers.

    As part of this leadership transition, Mr. Panthep Nilasinthop has been appointed Chief Customer & Marketing Officer (CCMO), while Mr. Nitipong Pruchyanimit has been appointed Chief Product Officer (CPO), effective 1 August 2026.

    In his new role, Mr. Panthep Nilasinthop will be responsible for shaping and driving Prudential Thailand's end-to-end customer and marketing strategy. His responsibilities will encompass customer experience design and enhancement, brand building, integrated marketing communications across all distribution channels, as well as the company's sustainability strategy. He will play a key role in driving business growth by creating long-term positive impact for customers and society, while delivering meaningful value and experiences that address customers' evolving needs at every stage of life.

    His leadership will further reinforce Prudential Thailand's customer-centric philosophy, guided by the principle that "Customer is Our Compass," a core pillar of the Prudential Group's approach to doing business.

    With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning business strategy, marketing, brand management, customer experience, and digital transformation, Mr. Panthep brings extensive expertise in driving business growth through deep customer understanding, data-driven insights, and technology-enabled innovation. His appointment further strengthens Prudential Thailand's customer-centric approach, guided by the principle "Customer is Our Compass," while enhancing the company's customer and marketing capabilities to support sustainable long-term growth.

    At the same time, Mr. Nitipong Pruchyanimit, formerly Chief Customer & Marketing Officer, has been appointed Chief Product Officer. In this role, he will be responsible for defining the strategic direction and overseeing end-to-end product management, from customer needs analysis and solution design to product development and go-to-market execution.

    He will also lead efforts to enhance agility and speed in product development while ensuring appropriate governance and risk management. His mandate includes driving innovation across life insurance, critical illness and health protection solutions, as well as wealth planning offerings, to meet the needs of customers across all life stages and customer segments. He will work closely with all distribution channels to support business growth and strengthen the company's long-term competitive advantage.

    Mr. Nitipong brings more than 25 years of experience in the life insurance industry, spanning actuarial science, product management, marketing, customer strategy and business management. Having held senior leadership positions across both actuarial and marketing functions, he has built extensive expertise in delivering customer-centric growth and driving business performance.

    Prudential Thailand is confident that his deep experience in customer experience management and business growth will further strengthen the company's product and solution development capabilities, supporting sustainable long-term growth. Mr. Nitipong is also the recipient of the Young ASEAN Insurance Manager Award 2016 and currently serves as President of the Society of Actuaries of Thailand.
