  • Provide the redemption code to the service provider. Please make a reservation at least 1 day in advance through email booking@ground-business.com, or call 0 2821 5991.

Conditions

  1. This special offer is for new customers who sign up for a 1-year membership and are Prudential customers only.​

  2. Your membership cannot be transferred or canceled after you have registered.​

  3. The special offer must be used within 1 month of receipt.​

  4. Please book at least 3 business days in advance before using the Personal Trainer service.​

  5. Please present proof of redemption to staff before using the service.​

  6. Limit 1 privilege/ receipt/ purchase only.​

  7. The venue only accepts payment via bank transfer or credit card.​

  8. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.​

  9. Once redeemed, the company will send e-voucher to clients under terms and conditions and shall be deemed successful.​

  10. Any additional cost other than the company’s privilege shall be clients’ responsibility.​

  11. This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions.​
