Privilege terms and conditions

  1. Get a complimentary e-voucher value THB 5,000 for Cryotherapy treatment for PRULegacy+

  2. Add Line Official: @cryoth (https://lin.ee/y5cyQ2N)​ at least 3 day in advance to schedule an appointment.

  3. When you click to claim the privilege, the company will send you an e-code to be used under the terms and conditions specified by the service provider, and it is assumed that you have fully obtained the privilege from the company.

  4. You will be personally liable to the service provider for any expenses other than the privilege offered by the company.

  5. This privilege cannot be exchanged for cash, and it cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional items.

  6. The privilege cannot be exchanged for cash or used to receive change.

  7. The company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.

  8. If the privilege is redeemed but not used for any reason, the company will not provide any compensation.

  9. Campaign period valid from 1 May - 31 Jul'25.

  10. We reserve the right to use e-voucher or special privileges only for customers whose policies are still in force at the time the service is accessed.

  11. The terms and conditions for using the e-coupon and special discounts are as specified by the service provider.

  12. The terms and conditions for privilege redemption are as specified by the company, and the company reserves the right to change them with prior notice.
