How can I redeem health privileges at the hospital or clinic?

Add us on our LINE official account @PrudentialThailand

Click on “PRUConnect” and log in.

Enter your 13-digit identification card number or your passport number.

Agree to the terms and conditions of PRUConnect usage.

Enter your mobile number for receiving your password. Click “Next.”

Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number and proceed.

Enter your email address.

Once registered, you will see PRUConnect page. Click “My Policies.”

You will see your existing policies. Select by clicking on any policy.

You will see your PRUCare Card and policy details.

When you would like to claim your privilege with our hospital or clinic partners, simply show the PRUCare Card to the staff at the hospital or clinic on the day that you receive the service.

Make an appointment at least 2 days in advance by contacting 099-553-9445. The customer may also call to enquire on available ques on each day.

Show proof of being a Prudential customer by showing your PRUCare Card to a staff at the registration desk.

Please make payment directly to the clinic on the date of receiving the service.

Clinic will provide clothes for the customer to change into.

In the case that the customer holds an X-Ray CD, the customer may bring this on the date of receiving the service, or send a scanned copy to the clinic’s official LINE @NewtonEm or at 099-553-9445.
