To: All Shareholders of Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited
With reference to resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 45
for the Year 2023 of Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited
(the “Company”) which was held on 25 April 2023, it has resolved to approve the distribution of annual dividend for the year 2022 from net profit at the rate of Baht 0.087 per share or
in the amount of not exceeding Baht 193,000,000 in total before deduction of withholding tax (if any) and appropriation of legal reserve fund in the total amount of Baht 680,062,954. Moreover, under approval letter of the Office of Insurance Commission (“OIC”) No. 4311/1176 dated 17 April 2023, the OIC has already granted approval on calculation of profit for benefits in the distribution of annual dividend to shareholders of the Company in the amount of not exceeding Baht 192,370,280.724 in total.
By this letter, the Company hereby announces that the annual dividend payment for the year 2022 will be paid to the shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company’s Share Register Book as of 3 April 2023 at the rate Baht 0.087 per share before deduction of withholding tax (if any) which is within the amount approved by the OIC. The payment of such annual dividend will be made within 24 May 2023 by cheque delivered to your address or remittance into bank account according to information previously provided by each shareholder to the Company.
The Company hereby announce the same for acknowledgement.
