Privilege terms and conditions​

  1. When you click to claim the privilege, the company will send you an e-code to be used under the terms and conditions specified by the service provider, and it is assumed that you have fully obtained the privilege from the company.​​

  2. Customers can keep the coupons for up to 90 days from the date of redemption date. Beyond this period, the coupons will expire and cannot be used anymore.​​

  3. The package is available for the patient who is 15 years of age or above​

  4. We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of a vaccine shortage. Please schedule an appointment again.​
