How to make
your payment

The company will send a premium reminder notice and an SMS notification to you prior to the premium payment due date (except for the monthly mode of premium payment). We provide you with various insurance premium payment channels.

Payment by automatic deduction from savings or current account

Customers can choose to pay premium by automatic direct debit from bank's account by filling in the detailed information in the "Credit card/Deposit Account - Direct Debit Consent Form" or in the "Credit card/Deposit Account - Direct Debit Consent Form for Unit-linked Policy Premium Payment" for unit-linked plan.

The service is available at the following banks:

  • For life insurance plans: Bangkok Bank, Krung Thai Bank, Krungsri Bank, Kasikorn Bank, TMBThanachart Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, Tisco Bank, UOB Bank, and Government Savings Bank

  • For Unit-linked plans: Bangkok Bank, Tisco Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, TMBThanachart Bank, Kasikorn Bank and UOB Bank

Payment by automatic direct debit via credit card

Customers can choose to pay premium by automatic direct debit from credit card (VISA/ MasterCard) of all banks by filling in the detailed information in the "Credit card/Deposit Account - Direct Debit Consent Form" or in the "Credit card/Deposit Account – Direct Debit Consent Form for Unit-linked Policy Premium Payment" for unit-linked plan Except for Single premium payment.

Payment by scanning QR Code/Bar Code from Premium Billing Notice sent by the Company or clicking link from SMS sent by the Company to make payment immediately.

  • Service fees will be in accordance with terms and conditions of each bank/ service provider.

  • For premium payment at bank counters, please bring along “Premium Billing Notice” or “Premium Reminder Notice” issued by the Company.

Payment by searching for “Prudential” via mobile application

Customers, who do not have “Premium Billing Notice” issued y the Company, can make payment via a mobile application of the following banks: Bangkok Bank, Krung Thai Bank, Krungsri Bank, Kasikornbank, TMBThanachart Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, UOB Bank, Kiatnakin Phatra Bank, Tisco Bank, CIMB Bank, Government Savings Bank, and Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives. Payment process is as follows:

  • For life insurance plans

Choose “Bill Payment” and search for “Prudential”

Choose “Prudential (010753700189711) and fill in the following details:

  • Reference 1 – Policy No.

  • Reference 2 – Mobile Phone No.

For Kasikornbank, choose “Prudential renewal premium”

  • For unit-linked plans

Choose “Bill Payment” and search for “Prudential”

Choose “Prudential (010753700189712) and fill in the following details:

  • Reference 1 – Policy No

  • Reference 2 – Mobile Phone No.

Remarks:

If Agent issues “Temporary Receipt” and gives it to Customer, please fill in Temporary Receipt No, by using “9” instead of the alphabet representing Receipt Book No and Receipt No. Example:

            Temporary Receipt No ก 6978 ก 34890, Reference 2 will be 96978934890

Payment via Counter Service

Customer can choose to pay premium for a life insurance policy via “Counter Service” by bringing along “Premium Billing Notice” to make payment at Tesco Lotus, Counter Service (7-11), BigC and Post Office.

Online payment via PRUConnect

PRUconnect

You can easily access to use PRUConnect service on LINE application to pay premium

Simply follow these 3 steps:

1. Add friend ‘Prudential LINE Official Account’

2. Click ‘PRUConnect’ using the same log in as registered with PRUPolicy

3. Go to ‘pay premium online’

Remarks:*

  • Online payment only applicable to OL & PA products

  • Payment available to the policy due date (30 days before and after 45 days of policy due date)

  • Policy status: Inforce and APL

  • Policy whose payment option is not thru billing DM/ TM, and direct debit

  • You can make payment 1 time/policy

  • Payment made after 6PM will be processed and displayed the next business day
