Providing customers with access to healthcare and medication from the comfort and safety of their homes

BANGKOK, THAILAND, 27 April 2020 In effort to help encourage social distancing amid the Covid-19 pandemic, Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“Prudential Thailand”) is partnering with 10 hospitals in Thailand to offer its customers access to specialist healthcare services and medication via telemedicine. Under this initiative, customers can claim for outpatient department (OPD) treatment against their policy, and importantly continue to receive quality medical care during these challenging times from the comfort and safety of their homes.

To take advantage of Prudential Thailand’s special telemedicine services, customers simply need to make a call to one of the 10 appointed partner hospitals – Bangkok Hospital, Praram 9 Hospital, Phyathai 2 Hospital, Phyathai 3 Hospital, Ekachai Hospital, Nakornthon Hospital, Theptarin Hospital, Thonburi Hospital, Vibhavadi Hospital and Navamin 9 Hospital. Once connected, customers can choose to schedule a consultation with a doctor via video conference, purchase and arrange for delivery of prescription medicine to their homes or arrange for a home visit by a doctor if necessary.
